Nature has been very generous with Albacete. The province offers some incredible natural spots that pleasantly surprise visitors. These places are perfect for connecting with nature and enjoying the peace and quiet of the fresh air and open spaces.

• The Hoces del Cabriel Natural Park is a protected natural area. As the Cabriel river is the border between Castilla-La Mancha and the Valencian Community, the Castilian-La Mancha riverbank is protected as a nature reserve and is called Hoces del Cabriel Nature Reserve.
• Alcalá del Jucar. The town of Alcalá del Júcar was declared a Historic-Artistic Site by Royal Decree 2335/1982 declared Bien de Interés Cultural awarded by the Spanish Ministry of Culture. It is listed as One of Spain's Most Beautiful Villages since 2014.
• Jorquera. A picturesque village that forms part of a hill and sees the river Júcar flowing by at its feet. This village has a very important historical past. Strolling through its narrow, steep streets and contemplating its popular architecture, as well as taking photographs of its unique setting, is a must for all visitors to this place.
• Cave of the Angels. It is a cave and a small natural watercourse, the origin of which is the rainwater that follows the course of streams and other watercourses. The water from this wadi has traditionally been used by the market gardeners who built their houses nearby in order to take advantage of it and use it for cultivation. This water finally flows into the Cabriel River. There are several hiking trails passing through this place, and it has been restored for better access and preservation.

• Aýnanicknamed the Manchegan Switzerlandis also a town rich in heritage. In this pretty village in the province of Albacete you have some obligatory stops such as the Nuestra Señora de los Remedios Hermitage, lhe parish church of Santa María de lo Alto or Cueva del Niño, cradle of rock art in the province of Albacete.
• Rio Mundo. Its birth is in the Calares del Mundo and La Sima Natural ParkMany people come to see its waterfall and its deep cave (more than 32 km are known), from where it plunges down a cliff more than 300 m high.
